Brief
Riteweld Engineering was commissioned to design, fabricate, and install a mezzanine floor structure inside a commercial warehouse in Oxfordshire. The project included the supply and erection of CE-marked structural steel, integrated stair access, safety handrails, and a timber deck, creating a raised platform ready for future internal fit-out.
Solution
This project was delivered on a clear site prior to occupation, allowing for efficient sequencing and safe working conditions. All structural steel was pre-fabricated at our Banbury workshop and delivered to site for rapid installation. With no interruption to ongoing operations, our team was able to complete the erection, stair installation, and handrail fitting within a tight programme, ensuring the mezzanine was ready for the client’s internal works.
