Deddington
Brief
This was an interesting project for Riteweld; the conversion of a church into a domestic dwelling.
Solution
Steel framing was first installed to provide the basis of the building floors and was followed up with the installation of the stair structure. Lighting was a major consideration with the client requesting the glass panels to emit a glow of light.
Riteweld was pleased to provide a full package service including:
-
A base mounted track system fixed around the stairs and main atrium with an integrated LED mood lighting system.
-
Toughened glass panels with smooth ground edges to enhance the lighting effect
-
The installation of grade 1 European oak stair treads
-
Stainless steel cap rails
